About
A Modern Persian Experience
How Sip Haus started
Sip Haus opened on Red River Street as a Persian tea and hookah lounge — coffee, tea, and shisha, no bar. In 2026, a liquor license brought a full cocktail program into the room, built around the same unhurried, hospitality-first pace the lounge started with.
The room holds up to 350 people, but it's designed to feel intimate at any size — understated, warm, and Persian-inflected rather than loud or themed.
What's here now
Hookah, cocktails, coffee, tea, and food all run together, every open night. The bar program is batched and built properly; the shisha program still runs on the same ritual pace it always has.
